Just a reminder regarding your parking guidelines. Overnight parking at the pool is not permitted without an approved guest pass.

Stoney Creek Parking

3. 3.1 Vehicles Number of Vehicles No more than two vehicles can be parked in the driveway of a unit at any time. An exception is made for short-term visitor parking. For visitor parking longer than a few hours, see 3.2.3 below. 3.2 Parking 3.2.1 No vehicles shall be parked on the lawn or grass areas at any time. nor shall automobiles be parked on the roadways of the complex. The two arterial roads are considered Fire Lanes by the City of Lakeway and parking is not permitted on these roads. This means that there is no parking allowed on any part of the roads in Stoney Creek. 3.2.2 For consequences of improperly parked vehicles, see section 9, Rule Violations. 3.2.3 Guest parking at Stoney Creek Villas can be accommodated in three different areas. Note that violating these rules may result in towing (see also section 9):

- The overflow parking lot adjacent to the swimming pool can accommodate up to five cars and is for guest parking only. Consecutive overnight parking is not permitted in this area without manager permission. - The grassy area across from the entrance to Stoney Creek and on the southeast side of Lakeway Boulevard. Parking in this area must be 18 inches from the street. Overnight parking is permitted in this area. Parking for a large group of guests (5 cars or more) is best accommodated here. - In the driveway of an unoccupied unit. Parking here requires manager permission, or the permission of the unit owner, but the requirements of 3.2.1 above must be met. 3.3 Inspection Stickers & Registration Valid inspection stickers and licenses must be on all vehicles parked in owners' carports, (or, legally, even in Owners' garages). Non-functioning vehicles must be parked in a garage. 3.4 Boats and Trailers These may be parked at the unit only during loading or unloading. They must be parked inside the garage, at the marina. or other location at night. 3.5 Motor Coaches These are not permitted in the project except to load or unload. They may be parked in the parking area of the city police department. Special permission to park on the limited common areas may be granted for mitigating circumstances.
